    my possible routine

i need some help getting a routine

I figured running (I have a treadmill) when I get up would be good, and then weights at night..but I probalby need to get more detailed

How long should I run in the morning? What type of lifting should I do at night?

What types of things do I need to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (as well as in between)

    Thanks.

You need to do some research....then come back with more specific questions.

here is a basic mass routine to give you some ideas:

also, include your goals, and keep the diet/nutrition questions in the diet/nutrition forum.

If you're just beginning - bulk. Unless of course you're overweight. more details are needed!

Might not want to incorporate too much cardio then. Just eat, eat, eat and train like crazy. More information about training and proper dieting techniques can be found throughout this forum.

Also, www.bodybuilding.com is a good resource.
