    Forearms?

Is it really hard to work on the forearms? I have heard how they are some of the hardest Muscles to work. Is this true?
And what are some good workouts for them?

Forearms are easy to work. I use wrist curls when I work them. Some people use a wrist roller which you can see here http://www.shapeupshop.com/fitness/g...ist_roller.htm

Dont buy that though... Make your own out of an old broom handle and rope.

You can also get those spring grippers. I can squeeze out 100 reps for sets now, and it burns like hell!
Plate pinches too... Hold some plates together at your gym. Works best if they are steel.

wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, with enough weight to bang out 12-15 will make ur forearms scream.
