"Total failure"

Oh well, nothing to say.. just that when I was doing triceps for the first time I experienced "total failure". My arms just stopped working, I had no control over them, I dropped the weight and I wasnīt feeling any type of burn. It was amazing.
I donīt believe that failure will do you any good but .. I am so happy

OK, every now and then I just have to be an asshole. If you don't believe going to failure does anything for you then, why did you do it?

frequently (i cycle this stuff into my training) i like to train to complete failure......for example I will put a wieght on the bar like say 225 and jsut squat unitl I come crashing down on the pins in the rack. I like seeing how far I can push myself mentally sometimes.

Donīt worry, you can be an asshole anytime
Anyway, I did it for fun ... the same thing with "burn" sometimes I do it just because I love soreness.. Same thing with cardio, when I do it I actually go to the extreme, I like the feeling.

You know what else you might find fun? A psychiatrist.

J/K man, I know exactly what you're talking about.

yeah it's a great feeling when you can throw up a weight anymore, even though it may be lighter than you usually push but since you are so spent and burnt out the weight don't go nowhere
