    Anyone heard of Roy Callender?

Anyone here heard of professional bodybuilder Roy Callender?
He's competed for the Olympia against Arnold Schwarzenegger & also with Lee Haney. He's 5ft8 & was in his prime 230lbs ripped. He used to squat over 600lbs. As you know he's Canadian & has chosen to settle in Montreal. & believe it or not he is a personal trainer at our gym. I've gotten a lot of training/diet advice from him & a lot of it was for free. He know's us well enough that he has spoken to us & joke around with us about personal things. Here is a link to a bodybuilding site that has several pictures of him in his prime condition.

Some pics may not load even if the pic page opens. All you do is highlight the address in the address bar & hit the return button.
The pic will load right away. What do you think of his condition with mass? He's 57yrsold now & still has tree trunks for legs & a still well conditioned lower & upper body with some good size & shape. He even has a 20yr old girlfriend. Who goes to the gym & that he also trains.

He gave us proper diet advice along with many different exersize so we can change our routines every 4 weeks & not just doing the same boring exersizes as well as proper form to make sure we got the best out of the exersizes He also provided his clients with steroids for those who wanted them. But I never touched them. Plus joking around & personal chat.
