Strengthening joints?

Hey u all. This will be short: If u strengthen ure muscles, will u be less likely to get injured?(i mean even if u increase weights). Also, if u strengthen ure muscles, will ure joints, tendons, ligaments get stronger? How do u strengthen joints, tendons and ligaments? Stretching?

They get stronger as the body requires.

Training may help avoiding injuries. they told Flex he would have died in his car accident if he was not in the level of shape he was. However this is entirely too generic of a statement to make, but in many situations I would say it helps yes.

Even when moving, people are often sore afterwards where for me it was not much of an issue, so I do believe using your body, keeps it in shape to a degree where other people let themselves rust.

I have been cursed with weak joints and tendons. I've had to stop training on a number of occasions because of them. I have found, however, that supplementing with glucosamine & chondroitin helps. I also noticed that my injuries were often aggravated by improper form or fast movements, so I adjusted accordingly and I haven't had any problems
