Measuring chest?

Do you flex when you measure? Do you flex your lats as well or try to leave them unflexed and only flex your chest?

Doesnt really matter as long as you stay consistent with your measurements.

i.e. dont measure yourself unflexed now, and then 4 weeks later flexed.

typically meaurements are taken and reported flexed.

when you hear or read about Arnold having 22inch biceps you don't think that was unflexed do you?

I heard he was no bigger than 18.75", I forget the author. He is also reportedy 5'10" and people who are between 5'10" and 6'2" tell me he wears huge risers in his shoes.

The democrats were poking at him for it apparently.

Heh honestly I don't really care what his height or bicep size is, pictures are worth a thousand words and I think they prove he was the best.

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.

For his time certainly, its just disturbing to find out "lies" of the old BB world. If he really was 6'2" then he would have to be more than 235 competition to look like that I think, legs or not.
