Make sure you go through the complete range of motion when your doing your seated calv raises or whatever exercise and make sure to stretch them between every set. Alternating standing and seated raises seems to work pretty well for me, but i'm in the same boat as you..trying to get those calves to pop out more! Good Luck![]()
