I have had a sore lower back before but...
..this time it seems really low in my back....almost where my ass meets my lower back.
HAs anyone had soreness such as this? it seems to be taking a while to subside. |

thanks for the replies
Its near my tailbone but i didnt come down hard on my ass so i am not sure its taht. I beleive it stems from me doing twisting movements with a medicine ball on a decline bench excessivly... but am not sure....could this be kidneys? |

Ive had 7 operation on my lower 3 levels Dere, includeing a fusion. Dont underestimate what your body is telling you when your back hurts, most of all your lowback. You dont want those kinda problems. First of are you getting any radiating pain down your butt and/or legs? In any of the local pain sharp or does it seem muscular. I say quit the medicine ball, in fact quit everything until your back feels better.
Its probably safest to go to a doctor and get it checked out. Start off with a general Practitioner that you trust. He'll forward you to a neuro guy if he thinks its serious enough. Your going to have to start doing series of stretching and low back exercisez if the pain is cronic. My problems started off with "low back soreness" too. Dont understimate it and take care..........................Rich |

I had some lower back pain, to put it mildly, I thought about checking myself into the VA Hospital it was so bad. I have since found out in the last year that there is a "back racket" My doctors' have made so much money off of me that I know one of them is considering naming his new boat after me.
Go to the doctor Get an MRI I sufferend for months with 3 herniated discs untill I had a proper picture of what was wrong. Not that knowing made it any better, but it did let me know what I was dealing with, and then how to handle it. Go to the doctor, but don't fall into the back racket, they will take you for every penny |
