how to tell muscle mass gains from fat?
I have currently gained a few pounds over the last two weeks or so. I was wondering, is there anyway to tell if its lbm or fat. right now im trying to bulk up because im about 5'6 and weigh about 140 right now. any ideas on how to tell?
