Hi all,
After reading the responses of those who answered my 'once a week' post,(thanks guys!!) i need help to bring together a new work out.. Im going to try to work each body part once a week only. eg mon-chest Tues-legs Wed-back thurs-arms fri-shoulders any ideas? including which exercises? Im not interested in any cable/sculpting exercises...trying to bulk. Thanks, |
