P/RR/S? Someone please help...

I really want to try Gorpo's P/RR/S but can't figure out how to get started. Do I use the same exercises for each week but then vary the sets/reps/weight? How many times a week do I train a bodypart? How do I divide it up? Will someone please send me their training routine?...thanks!
