    Best exercise for upper tricep

    any suggestions on some good exercises that focus on the upper tricep?

    Although I don't know anything about this mystical "upper tricep", I can tell you a few good tricep exercises. Supertech mentioned a few of my favorites already. I just started reverse grip bench presses. It's really weird at first, it's harder to get the bar off, and it's kind of scary because the bar seems like it's going to drop on your face, but it works quite well. I also like kickbacks for an isolation exercise.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
