My favorite split I have tried so far, which is my current split:

Monday: Chest, Shoulders
Tuesday: Back, Lats, Traps
Thursday: Bis, Tris, Forearms
Friday: Legs

PFunk's full body workout suggestion is worth looking at too. I did a 3 day per week full body workout and it took a little too long for my liking. Split into 4 days would work better though.
