back and legs are the two largest muscle groups, need to separate them.

why biceps and triceps on their own day? that is weird.

here is an example (my current split):

    Chest/Shoulders
    Back/Traps
    Biceps/Triceps
    Legs

Agreed, definitely separate your back and legs. As well, it might be a good idea to put a rest day in the middle somewhere. I'm going to make the assumption that you do a lot of sets for your bis and tris based on the fact that they have their own day. You should move some of those lifts over the legs and back if that is the case. My split is exactly the same as Prince's (Not to suggest there aren't other viable splits out there):

    Monday: Chest & Shoulders
    Tuesday: Back, Lats & Traps
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday: Bis, Tris & Forearms
    Friday: Legs

Also, if you do 60 minutes of cardio 6 times per week, then you need to either do less or eat more food if you want to get bigger. When I bulk I do only 1 or 2 days of cardio, and many people don't do any at all.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

thanks guys... that helps me a lot...i know its kinda weird ot have bi and tri on their own day,, but i am pressed for time o n that day so its my quickest workout becuase of my school schedule...I am a student at ECU, so there sometimes leaves me little space to get everything in one day! :-) Also thanks cow pimp, but i do cardio every day becuase i am not trying to bulk but just increase my strength and endurance. Being a girl, and with my body its kinda hard for me to bulk anyway...:-)
