Good luck Rob! Any reason in particular that you're training? Or are you just trying to get in shape?

Im training for the NSW Fire & Rescue Service.

And also my wedding next year in April. I need to look good for my future wife and also to feel self confident.

my upper body strength really needs to improve to be confident in my future job as it would require a lot of climbing, running and lifting...
