    Hey gopro!!

Your mailbox is full. You need to clean it out, or no one will be able to send you any more PM's.

I was hoping you could share that chest workout you gave to Mule. I'm at a sticking point and was hoping it'll help me break through.

I also hear stopping with the chest workouts and concentrating on shoulders and tri's for a few weeks helps. What do you guys think about that?

I've been using DB for chest for the past 4 months or so now, I started at only being able to do 70's for reps and am now at 100's for reps and 110 2 rep max.

They've been great but I think its time to try the BB again.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I am stuck on the flat BB presses.

Trying strictly DB is a pretty good idea.........

How long do you guys stay at the same weight until you determine that you are at a sticking point? One week, two week, three?

Or better yet, how do you guys conclude that you are at a sticking point?

When I am unable to perform more reps with the same weight for a couple of weeks. If I can do 8 reps at a certain weight today, I want to be able to do a few more at the same weight in a few weeks. Also, if I add more weight and can not do five reps, I consider myself stuck.
