They've been great but I think its time to try the BB again.

I was hoping you could share that chest workout you gave to Mule. I'm at a sticking point and was hoping it'll help me break through.
I also hear stopping with the chest workouts and concentrating on shoulders and tri's for a few weeks helps. What do you guys think about that?

Trying strictly DB is a pretty good idea.........
How long do you guys stay at the same weight until you determine that you are at a sticking point? One week, two week, three?
Or better yet, how do you guys conclude that you are at a sticking point?


When I am unable to perform more reps with the same weight for a couple of weeks. If I can do 8 reps at a certain weight today, I want to be able to do a few more at the same weight in a few weeks. Also, if I add more weight and can not do five reps, I consider myself stuck.Originally posted by EagleEye
