    Stretching the Hip Flexors

My HF's are sooooo tight, and I can't seem to really target them when stretching. Sometimes they are so tight they prohibit me from doing certain abdominal excersices.

Anyone know how to really stretch these things out?

Best hip flexor stretch I've found is a nice round of slow Bulgarian unweighted lunges (rear foot up on a bench), about 15-20 per leg. I find them better than static stretches, and I've got very, very knotty flexors.
