    I like #1 and #3.

#2, I don't like legs and back together, to much pressure on the lumbar spine IMO. I'd rather do:

    day1-chest/bis
    day2-back/tris
    day3-legs/shoulders

or even and upper, lower, upper split. Could also do:

    day1-chest/back
    day2-legs
    day3-shoulders/arms

    How about:

    Back/Bis
    Chest/Tris
    Legs
    Shoulders

    A friend of mine does:
    Chest/Shoulders/Tris
    Back/Bis
    Legs

A full body workout is also good, but I would try and split it up to 3 days because they are very intense.

This is the routine I've used for the last 2 years. I like the fact that arms and shoulders get hit indirectly as well as directly each week.

During the summer, I'll substitute 2-3 total body WOs per week just to keep everything pumped for the pool.

I was also thinking a split like this could be useful:
    Push
    Pull
    Off
    Full body

O c'mon be a man its only 4 days. That would be a cake walk
Just teasin ya.....but I dont think 4 days straight would be much of a problem, I use to do 5 days straight for the longest time and was fine with it.

Both of p-funks splits look pretty good for me.....those would work ideal for my body. If anything try out a few different ones and see what works best.
