Hey, I'm relatively new to bodybuilding, and I need some advice on developing my biceps correctly. Mine tend to have a high peak, but it ends mabe an inch short of my elbow, leaving a gap. Is this just genetics, or can it be fixed through proper training? I've always incuded preacher curls and used a full range of motion in all my curls b/c I heard that helps lengthen them, any advice?
