Holy moly thats a shit load, do you do all of that every time or just 1 or 2?

If your trying to loose weight, that'll work for sure but your also gonna loose a hole lot of muscle as well.
I would cut it down to 30 min total cardio and adjust your cal intake, at least that way you'd keep the muscle you have while loosing fat.

Well i have to drop 33KGS from 118-85kgs.

Its only for the first week, then i start lite weight and high reps.

is it too much cardio to be doing in one day for a week? Ive got another 3 days of cardio left.

Added Note: IM already started to feel a lot beter with myself. Almost feels like i have dropped weight already (is that possible?)

Combined with ThermoCuts, my diet, and exercise is working. Im looking foward to ym next step of weights. Cardio just isnt fun or enjoyable.

Hit the weights between 3-5 times per week. Hit the cardio 4-5 times per week at 30-45 minutes at at time. If you do the cardio following the weights, do 30...if you do the cardio at another time of day, do 45.
