Question Basal Metabolic Rate

Which of these is better for increasing your basal metabolic rate: cardio or weight training?

Let see, I would say weight training since that tends to build more muscle. Cardio is good too though.

If you add a good diet of 5 small meals a day, you got it made.

the more muscle you have the higher your BMR.

Depends on the cardio and the weight training.

I understand it can temporarily but it will not have the same effect as resistance training does on the body.
