Anyone know where I can find a decent lat machine for a reasonable price $200-$250 is my range, I am even open to build one if anyone has any plans. Thanks, Mike

why dont you just put up a bar and do chin-ups. Theres different ways to do them, overhand, underhand, wide grip, narrow grip so you can use a simple bar to pretty good effect.

Chin-ups/pull-ups are effective too, I have a stand that you can do pull-ups, dips, leg raises and push-ups on.Originally posted by ac

But, it's still nice to have a separate lat machine.![]()

Yea, I do have a chin bar but damn if I ain't sick of just doing chins and bent over rows, I'm hoping to add a little more varity to the back exercises I can do. Thanks![]()
