Need Shoulder help!
Hi,
I'm 17 years old, 160 lbs. I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and I am on a 4 day routine. I am seeing improvments in everything except shoulders and I am going to post my shoulder routine to see if I could make improvments: military press sitting dumbell shoulder press front raises w/ dumbell shrugs I do 3 sets of each of these and my reps usually go 10/8/5. I try to take in alot of protein (1 gram per lb). I currently take whey protein shake and a multi-vitamin. I do eat a lot and healthy so I dont think that my nutrition is the problem. Thanks in advance Brian |

You need more exercises that hit up your lateral and posterior deltiod. All of those lifts focus primarly on your anterior deltoid. As well, shrugs don't do too much for your shoulders. Try the following exercises:
Upright rows Lateral raises Perpindicular rows Lying rear lateral raise For a different anterior deltiod lift try arnold presses. |
