Cuban rotations

hey u all. I have a question about order of shoulder exercises. Here is my routine:

Sitting Military DB press
Lateral Raises
Lying rear lateral Raises
Cuban rotations

Should cuban rotations be first since it is an Rotator cuff exercise or should it be last?

I would do it first. It will help warm up the rotator muscles as to help prevent injury.

Would you care to provide me with a link so I can learn what a cuban rotation is?

Remember, too much work on your rotators will fatigue your stabilizers before the big lifts.

I do like this:

One training session

1) Light rotator training (only serves as a warmup)
2) Bench press, shoulder presses, dips.....
3) Finish off with moderate to "heavy" rotator training. I give all what's left in me.

If you do training splits, you can do rotator work on back day instead.

Remember to stay in the range of 10 - 20 reps.

I've also heard it called the cuban press and it is far more effective with dumbbells.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

L-Flys, by far the best movement for your RC.

Looks nice. I might have to try that after I switch up my lifts.
