    Question what do you guys think about westside training?

    ive heard westside training is a very good program. what do you guys think about it?

    it's hardcore and very effective...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Westside is a great routine. It's the only routine I think people should do. But I'm biased.

    i'm currently doing a westiside routine. i just finished my first week today. i find it pretty decent. i don't like skipping a day between workouts though. i guess i'm jsut not used to it.

    The Westside Barbell Club in Columbus, OH is THE mecca for aspiring powerlifters. If pure bodybuilding is your thing, then I think the Westside program may not be for you. Some people switch back and forth between PL type workouts and BB type workouts, which I think is a good idea.
