supersets

is it normal to feel like you are about to puke while and especially when u finish doing supersets

...good fuking lawd that wooped my ass....i'm gonna be doing supersets for about 3 weeks and man, i dunno what i have gotten my self into..lol

I feel like that alot when I superset. I did some supersets for Legs Wednesday.....and my oh my I wanted to puke and pass out lol
