crackling wrist, broke something?

well, right after my wednesday workout, which was an arm day

after I was done using my comp at night (i was on a gaming binge), i felt soarness on my left wrist

if i put myself hand in a claw shape and stiffen it and then move it up and down, i can hear this crackling noise, o nthe left side of the wrist. i know this isn't normal because i don't think this ever happened to me before.

as im typing right now, theres a soarness on the left wrist.

what's wrong? I hope i can get back by mond for my next workout.

did i hurt my wrist some how while doing wrist curls? i didn't feel any pain. i don't think its carpal tunel syndrom since i don't have any soarness at any other part of my arm or hand

Yea mine crack all the time...but maybe when doing the curls you could have poped something out of place. If you were going real heavy it happens from time to time to some people. Is your range of motion afected or does it just hurt in the entire wrist?
