exercise order
i've heard people say that you should do you exercises in a certain order or something like that, like do the exercises that hit the little muscles 1st or something like that, could someone explain please!!

I've heard you should do the biggest muscles first. However, I like to rotate the order of the body parts. I will do chest first one week and shoulders first the next week. Same for bis and tris, hams and quads, as well as back (rhomboids/lower back) and lats.
