Skinny guy to skinny guy, working out for skinny guys alike is the single best thing that we can do. I saw immediate change in muscle when I started working out, I'm talking about two weeks.

Since I came on this forumn ben Ive really focused on my diet and workouts. Just from cleaning up my diet in the last few weeks Ive made gains in most of my routine, my energy levels are higher. Frankly I can kinda "feel" myself growing. Im sure its all in my head but thats an indication of how powerfull a good diet is.

All this from going to 5 or 6 meals/snacks, getting enough protein especially post workout, a good multi a day, good lean meats, and getting back on the creatine. And zero Junk!!!...........take care...........Rich
