I would go for not so big upper and lower. I would think someone with no upper body would look funy and I would not want to be one of those guys that has to where pants to work out in to hide my chicken legs.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Yah... exactly what I would chose... even if the upper and lower body is not that big atleast they are both proportional...
