Post Working out sucks.

Comment. Discuss. Why am I wrong? Maybe even, why am I right?

It boggles the mind. I understand your confusion. If you're lost, and I'm moving too fast, please, tell Prince, and he will give you a hug.

It depends on how you look at it. Overall, I like to work-out, I like the way it makes me feel and ook. The actual work-out can suck at times. Like most people, I have favorite bodyparts and exercises, and then I have the ones I dread.

When I get to the point where I hate working out, that's when I know I am burnt out. So, I will take some time off from the gym.

Yes, working out sucks BIG TIME. But if I am not kicking my own ass during my workouts, I am not working hard enough. It's the great feeling that follows the workout that makes it worthwhile.

Naaaa, I love working out, all the sweat, all the iron, all the loud music, all the people that are as dedicated as me.

I just love it, and as Prince said, "I like the way it makes me feel and ook"

I agree, I love how I feel after a hard work out. I workout in the morning early so it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

I workout first thing in the morning too. On days that I do not get to the gym, I drag butt all day. Those morning workouts just get you flying in the morning!
