Top Inner Pecks?
The inner side of of my pectorals closeest to the top seems a bit underdeveloped compared to the rest. What's the best exercise to do to hit this part of the pectoral?
I just had a workout yesterday and the outerpart is really sore, though, it doesn't seem like I've touched in on the inner part as when I press down on it it's not nearly as sore as the outer top part. |

Genetics.
http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...threadid=29953 (Candy bowl on my chest) The fibers dont go up and down, they go right to left, how would you work one part of the fiber more than the other. |

From the looks of it, you need to worry about the development of your entire chest, rather than just the " Inner Upper Part ". Just try putting on chest mass and it'll eventually fill out. Work with dumbells, barbells, cables, dips, pushups, etc. Variety and keeping your muscles guessing is very important.

That is all you can do, just make it bigger, the genetics are always there.

There's muscle where I'm talking about, so I'm not blaming genetics on this one. However, I admit I had improper form doing bench presses up until a week or so ago. I think that might be why it's doing that. Anyways this what I meant about my chest being developed alot more on the outside.
Notice how the muscle becomes very thin along the middle. |

Thats natural... just hit your chest hard and keep working at it. It comes, but it does so with time.
Vary your routines and work hard |

Dude look at my chest pix in the gallery, of course there is muscle there it attaches in the sternum area. However its hypertrophy compared to the rest is GENETIC.
Again, look at my pix, I bench well into the 3s and still have that, I incline press 245+ with ease. |

Alright, I see what you mean now Mudge by genetics. I guess I had just grown a little too atoned to seeing the full sculpted pectoral look and thought it was something I was doing wrong on with my training.
