    Could anyone tell me or show me what these are??

    I wasn't aware of him doing anything exotic, other than using a 70º angle with his bent over rows. I think this is the only way to do it, bending over all the way is ridiculous and asking for trouble.

    Also with an underhand grip, at least for me, which allows for a more comfortable ROM.
