    Hst

I am starting on my second week of Hst. I have lost 10lbs, but am seeing my abs better.

My plan is to use hst for a month then switch to a reverse pyramid.

Since I am cutting... I spend 15 minute after workout on treadmill.

Please, if you have any suggestions....

In general, this is true. However, when first starting a lifting routine it is much easier to cut fat and gain strength/muscle mass at the same time. When I was 15, I lost 40 pounds of almost straight fat in 3 weeks. I lost almost no strength at all. I was still able to clean and bench press the same weights minus about 5 pounds.

The problem is that you can never be sure that if it was healthy or not.
