Well, I donīt follow any programs. I canīt remember where I read an article why "pyramid" was not good. I guess that in max-ot he explains why but is not very detailed...

I came in this morning at 10 a.m. my time, and I'm here until 9 p.m. I train at 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
