    german volume training?

    what do you guys think of german volume training?

    I didnot care for it, but you can change it up a little. For example instead of doing 10x10 on the bench, do 5x10 on flat and 5x10 on incline. Still incorperate the same idea for the pondagae. Do 10 reps what you normally do for 15-20
