Don´t worry. Genetics just play a big role when you wanna achieve something like a pro bodybuilder.
    You can do it.

Yes, you can put on muscle, it may be more difficult for you than your brother, but you do not have to be "skinny".

Genetics play a huge role in your physique regardlesss of your goals. Some people are naturally lean and have a hard time putting on any kind of weight, typically referred to as ectomorph body types, others are naturally muscular and tend to put on muscle very easily, typically referred to as mesomorphs, and some are genetically overweight and have a hard time losing it, typically referred to as endomorphs.

Most of us are a combination of two of these body types. It's possible that you are more ectomorph and your brother is more mesomorph. Which means you will have to work much harder at gianing weight, including muscle mass.

You will need to pay particular attention to your diet, that is what will make the difference, not really your training.

Prince. I fall under this catagory, in addition to a high
    matabolism, and, very hyper.

What would be my best alternative? I'm looking to
    change up my routine.

My youngest brother is both naturally lean and has very shapely muscles, without doing a damn thing.

To gain weight, you have to eat more. Burning calories in the gym wont make you gain weight.

I've gone from 6 foot 165 pounds to 205 pounds. I have gained a good 5-10 pounds of fat, but I don't look fatter, just bigger. A friend of mine went from 5'11" 130 to 180 pounds. I have only been working out about a year, and my friend a year and a half. With the proper diet you should be able to gain quite a bit of mass.

They don't have the same genes... Only identical twins have the same genes. Their genes came from the same gene pool (A mix of their parents genes), but they are certainly not the same.

Did you pay attention in school? Much of this is random, while from the same gene pool some kids will come out with different colored hair, different sexes, different personality traits, all kinds of things. This should be quite obvious looking at almost every family you come in contact with.
