    Back Routine needed....

    I currently have a very limited back routine. I do lat pull downs, DB Shrugs, sometimes BB shrugs, and pull ups wide grip. Is this an alright back routine, or if anyone has a good one, and is willing to share it, that would be great! Thanks

    if have a barbell, try t-bar rows .... I LOVE'EM!!! (great for upper back) also deadlift and good mornings for the lower back

    My routine today (High rep day)

    Wide-grip pull-ups 3 sets to failure
    Reverse grip (chin-ups) 3 sets to failure
    T-bar rows (wide-grip) 1x10, 1x8
    Conventional deadlift 1x8, 2x6
    Dumb-bell row 1x12, 1x10
    Standing stiff-armed cable pulldown 1x10, 1x8

    My routine last week (Strength/power day)

    Wide-grip pull-ups 3 sets to failure, last set weighted
    Weighted neutral grip chin-up
    Conventional deadlift 1x6, 1x5, 1x4
    T-bar rows (wide-grip) 1x6, 2x4
    Barbell row 1x6, 2x5
    Pullover 2x7
