I usually feel great and energetic. However, after about 10-15 minutes I do like to kick back for a few minutes while I consume my post workout oats.

I don't know how you could be engerized after a hard hour of lifting weights, I don't know if that's the right word. I feel great, I feel pumped up that I had a great work out, I feel satisfaction knowing what I accomplished, and I'm just kinda on a high for a while. I think this is mostly a mind thing though. My body is worn out, i'm tired, I want to rest and give my body a break and reward it for the ownage I just laid upon it

exactly. after leg day (after i get home, shower, eat), i can't function for hours afterwards, nevermind walk.

The rest of my workouts, sure i feel exhausted, but at the same time i feel exhilarated.

and for some reason, i am SO horny for a few hours right after w.o.'s. i think thats the time my body releases all my test

Tired, sluggish, and ready to lay down BEFORE a work out.
Energized AFTER, but no longer pumped.

I feel pumped but not energized, if i was energized id still be working out. I wouldnt say im sluggish but it always feels good to lay down after a hard leg workout.

Hmmmm after squats or deadlifts I feel like I’m gone puke, usually I just lie on the floor and forget about the world until I’m ready to walk in a straight line again.

Hi guys this is my first post here on iron mag and id just like to say this site is the bomb for BB info!
Im 5,11, 24 yrs old and 195lb lean.
Been training for 5 years and gained over 50lb.

I feel great after training every body part except LEGS
I generally feel sick and drained from squatting, my legs throb and ache so bad i never sleep too good on leg day so i moved it to fridays so i have all weekend to recover

Agreed. I can't do legs any day but Friday or it would probably affect my other lifting days. My gluts are always sore through the whole weekend.

I feel dead after leg day and back day, but other than that I'm pretty energetic after my workout on any other day.
