    those delts again

    i am training 3 days a week.
    mon - chest & arms
    wed - back & shoulders
    fri - legs
on Wed when i do back i have only been doing Military press for shoulders. I am thinking of going on Tues as well to do cardio & shoulder work.. i was thinking of doing lateral raises & front raises only. the reason being i spend a full hour doing my back on wed and don't want to spend another half hour of so on shoulders.
    any advice..???
can any one see a problem with doing shoulders that way.????

You could try a push/pull/legs type of routine. It's basically chest/shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, legs. If possible, I would put shoulders on Saturday or Sunday because lifting 3 days in a row isn't the best idea. However, if you must, then it's probably fine. Just make sure you eat like crazy for those few days.

I disagree, just keep it under one hour, and 1:15 max.
