    Questions on training and supliments

I am currently working out 1 hr at lunch and 1.5 hours in the evening and am taking CellTech Creatine NO2 and Animal Stak for suppliments and i was curious as to how these suppliments should be taken since i am lifting 2 times a day 5 days a week and the suppliments only say how to use them based on a single work out schedule. Any thoughts or advice would be helpful thanks.

You can't make that judgement without seeing his whole program.

I've been doing this work out for 8 weeks now 2 times a day 5 days a week. The Animal Stak im taking is called Universal Animal M Stak Ive been taking the NO2 according to the bottled instructions and the Creatine says to take after lifting so I have divided my daily dose in half and have been taking it after each workout and tha animal stak says to take 45min before lifting but there is no way to divide the dose in half so ive been alternating taking it one day before first lift next day before second.

The animal stak and creatine, seems to be working in the last month i have increased my 10 rep set bench press by 40 lbs was at 185 now at 225 and my max 2 rep set by 70lbs was 205 and is now 275 i just started on the NO2 4 days ago and i havent noticed any real changes yet but ive gained 12 pounds in the last month and ive been sticking to a really strick diet based on my blood type which limits me to fish, chicken and vegetables and fruit so im sure that it was not a gain in fat so its probably a combination of water retention and musclemass.
