Even from the first few months of my lifting in high school my shoulders have always "rolled out of joint". I cant make a full rotation without this happening. Sometimes if it rolls out with a weight in hand, from doing DB militaty or DB bench press and it feels like I have seriously torn it, however the pain from this damage usually goes away within a weeks time. Does anyone else have shoulders that move out of place?
All the time, i saw my doctor and he told me i have dislocatable shoulders. He says it's due to having loose ligaments in my shoulders. Try not to do it as much or u will have a wear and tear situation. I'm seeing an orthapedic surgeon in early June to see how bad my situation is. I probably won't need surgery but maybe some physio therapy. I suggest seeing your doctor about this one. Good luck.
Sentric- my left shoulder seems to be double jointed and every now and then ill be doing a lateral raise and it just sorta rolls out of place. It hurts really bad and i just drop the weight but it stops hurtin by the time im up for shoulders again
