I always try to maintain good form except maybe on one last rep if I need to cheat 5 pounds of what I'm lifting. Of course, I only do this on lifts where injury isn't very likely. I would never do this on bench press for example.
I'm trying to use perfect form...no cheating. When my muscles give out, I don't swing, rock, or arch. I think it is really improving my M/M connection. My workouts are much more agonizing.
Anyone workout long term with good results doing this?

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I don“t like injuries so I try not to cheat. It is impossible to keep perfect form always.
I always concentrate on perfect form as opposed to just getting it over with. When my muscles have reached their limit, I stop. Better to listen to your body than risk injury.
