    Post Different types on Cardio

Are there any types of Cardio that will target specificly more on our Abs and not too much focus on other body parts? Cause I wanna do some Cardio and hope to find one that'll only affect my Abs mostly. Are there anything like that?

As far I know, there is no certain type of cardio that will target your abs. Cardio will help burn fat all around your body. If your midsection is where the fat is, then that's where it'll come off.

OIC, but what if the fat is only in your Abs but the other parts like arms, legs, etc are all decent in size? Will doing those burn whole body fat Cardio reduce their sizes too?

You are talking about spot reducing and unfortunately that can not be done. There are certain places that on both men and women that fat is easily stored and these places are usually the hardest to get rid of. Just be patient, watch your diet, and it will happen!

Yeah, like large said, you can't spot reduce.
Your body will take fat for energy as it needs it and for most men, the stomic is the last place it takes if from.
