I'm new to the forum and hope someone out there can help me:-
When it comes time to perform narrow grip tricep presses the only way i can do it comfortably(with no shoulder/elbow/wrist pain) is in a seated position.Does anyone know if this is any less effective than the conventional narrow grip lying bench press?Does performing it in this way carry a greater risk of long term damage?
Also,if i perform the "upright" narrow grip press straight after incline(30 degree) bench press is a warm up set needed?
