weak knees?
Well I use to have very weak knees and the would dislocate with almost no effort. But through lifting they have gotten much stronger and I haven't had any problems with them in over a year or so I believe.
Yesterday I did legs and went heavy and my knees felt weak afterwards so I tried to be careful on them all day. At the end of the night it started to really rain hard and the floors at work got slippery and my foot slipped popping my knee out of place and cause some serious ass pain. Its the 4th time in my left knee and was wondering if there is something I could do to strengthen my joints either via workout or supps. I know people would say to try and stay away from real heavy leg workouts, but what fun is that. They wont grow if I don't work them so I was wondering if there is something I could do to help my knees out. Thanks |

i'm no doctor or anything like that, but it sounds like it may be problems with the ligaments. i too have a knee problem. last football season i got tackled awkwardly and i "stretched" my MCL. afterwards my knee felt really lose and bendy (side to side, not forward and back, obviously)...the doctor said their isn't much i could do to re-strengthen the ligament, all he said was to strengthen the muscles around my knee, but that it would never be 100% again. luckily it was only a stretch and not a complete tear, so surgery wasn't necessary
but anyways, go see a doctor about it |
