    Post Lower Chest

I need to bring my lower chest out more. I care about mass much more than strength for that paticular region. I sometimes do decline bench but i don't really feel it. Would dumbells b better for just mass? if so how many reps etc

You cannot target the lower chest seperate from the rest.

Focus on the presses, incorporate some flyes...and use progressive overload. Your chest will grow.

Progressive Overload means training with a load exceeding the normal level.

You must train for strength to get bigger. Each time you return to the gym you should be stronger. If you're not, then either you're overtraining or you're undertraining (of course, overtraining can be caused by factors such as inadequate nutrition and rest, but it is still overtraining nonetheless).

Yeah, work on presses, flat and incline as well as flies.

I personaly only do decline flies now and then, not the best in my opinion for chest.
