    Weight gain comes from food.

If a girl wont accept you for who you are, what good is changing yourself to meet what she wants?

No your wrong! If you can't do anything for a girl then why she has to like you but not another better guy (someone must be better than you joe average). At his age he can't get rich or suddenly become mature so what he can/ he should do is improving his physique, besides achieve good academic results in school.

    here is some advice:

    - set a more realistic goal.

Muscle gain isn't going to come in one month. You aren't just going to blow up. It takes years of dedication, consitency and hard work. tell that girl to date you now and in 20 years you will have the body she desires.

Agreed. Although you can probably pack on a few pounds in those months because people who just start lifting often experience exceptional gains, you aren't going to totally transform yourself. Read the stickied threads in this forum and the diet & nutrition forum and you will definitely gain a decent amount of weight in a month (5+ pounds of muscle is possible in a month).

Don't worry about your physique. Just go up that girl and hollar with confidence. Chicks dig confidence.

If a girl only cares about your "muscles" then I would personally stay away, its one thing to appreciate, its another to have that the only thing they care about.

Like Funkmaster said, a single month isn't going to do much. If you aren't going to spend the rest of your life in the gym because you love it, dont waste your time.

Start lifting now. You're what, a freshman? By the time you're a junior or a senior, if you've kept with it, you'll be looking good then it's the perfect time to get with the incoming hotty freshmen.

buy a muscle suit and wear sweats over it, other then that, you'll have to wait a couple of years to talk to her if you start workin out now, but by then you could probably ask out a hotter chick

first of all, how tall are you?

second, in my first 8 months of lifting, i gained 20 pounds, without getting super-serious about it. everybody will notice 20 pounds. but getting muscles in a month is rediculous. you need to do three things:

    - work out hard and smart
    - eat right
    - realize that if a girl will only like you because you have muscle, she isnt worth it. my girlfriend supports my lifting, but wouldnt break up with me if i stopped or lost a lot of my gains and turned into fat (like i did after back surgery)
