Ive never found any of these things to be worth a damn. Nothing beats regular floor workouts targeting your ab groups. If your talking about that "roller wheel" I think its dangerous for your back..............take care............Rich

"Death to Tyrants"!

all of them are a complete waste of money...you can get better results for free doing a basic crunch movement and frog kicks...
great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
word, thanx for the feedback guys!
Lam, what are frog kicks?
Actually, I like my ab roller. A family member of mine gave it to me, so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it. I find it to be a decent compound exercise when first starting to lift/exercise again. It hits the lower back pretty good too, which I like. However, now that I am in a more advanced training state I don't use it anymore. I focus on isolating my abs as much as possible.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
