    Best cardio exercise

What is the best cardio, jogging for 30 minutes, or playing a sport such as tennis for 2 hours. I have the choice to either go for a jog today, or play tennis, and I just wanna know what is best.

    Cheers.

Id opt for tennis. reason? with using the racket and frequent bursts of moves to hit the tennis ball your incorportaing more speed and strength into your workout rather than a short jog that uses more steady slower uses of limbs.

Agreed and I'm sure it will be more fun then running lol.

I just hope you don't have to hit the weights after 2 hours of tennis.
